FIFA Held Very Special Meetings Today
The honchos at FIFA got into a cipher this morning on all of the big issues that people are currently sweating them about: the Henry handball, fan violence, match-fixing etc. What was big Sepp's response to all the drama? Absolutely mind-boggling that they would reject using goal-line refs in the World Cup. Seems like such a no-brainer, avoiding the controversy and time-taker that is video replay. UGH. so frustrating. Penalty-area policing is absolutely the biggest on-pitch problem facing the game today.
