Is it just me or does that sound like a pretty solid "yeah Montreal will be team 19, it's a done deal" from The Don?
I really hope they cap this league's expansion at 20 teams. Not to mention I hope they limit Portland and Vancouver to 6 players in their expansion drafts. I'm sicking of having players get picked over every damn year.
