Press Pass: "If There is a Notion That The U.S. Can Do Something in the World Cup, This is Not the Team to Do It"

6:16 of doom and gloom from The Leprechaun & co. So funny how one game has completely changed the aura surrounding the USMNT; for some they've gone from classy to ashy in 90 minutes and change. Those people need to heed a bit of advice from Alvin & The Chipmunks and "calm the f*ck down"....until Saturday night at least.

Does anybody take anything Tommy Smyth or Janus Michalik say seriously? They never have any real points, it's all generalizations and poorely put together at that. Shaka is the only one who brings anything remotely of substance to the show.

I think that it is time the DMB left back experiment ended as well as time for Pablo to retire from MNT duty. We have a LOT of better options at both positions and until DMB shows something it might be time to leave him on the bench for a spell...

It is totally obnoxious that people are basically ready to kill this team for one game. It was just one game in a place they always lose against a team that never loses there.

At the same time I'm happy to see such wide spread depression over a hard loss. Shows people care and want this team to be good.

Bradley should take a few things away from this game. Beasley hates being a back, Mastroeni is done, Charlie Davies deserves more time (for fucks sake the man is tearing it up this year), Maurice was missed, and Specter should be on the bench if you insist on starting Beasley at back.

I'm looking forward to the rebound game Saturday.
