Video: The Carding of Vancouver
I like this. It's kind of in the same vein as the scarfing in Seattle but geared more toward the "discovery" phase of the team as opposed to the "investment" phase. Even if people don't know what they mean, they know what cards are; definitely a good way to stand out from the other yahoos out there flinging flyers.

actually, the Red Bulls did do something like this, leading up to the home opener...and something was posted on their facebook group about girls carding people in Newark last week
interesting....
why haven't they officially said they'll be called the whitecaps? that's a little scary that they might drop the name. won't be the same when they play the sounders and timbers.
