i really don't understand.
Whatchoo talking about, did I get my taxes done yet?! My taxes get done every single week, when I open my paycheck and see that the amount I'm getting paid isn't actually the amount I earned. Then I look at the paystub and go, "Ahh, that big chunk of my money was 'automatically withheld' before I even got to touch it."
Americans need to stop thinking of April 15 as "tax day" and start realizing that auto-withholding is the little gimmick the government uses so citizens won't really grasp just how severely they get robbed. It's a lot easier to have your pocket picked when you never even got to have the money in it to begin with.
