Soccer365 says former RBNY favorite Jeff Parke is cutting short his trial at the pubicly-monikered Belgian club Mons of Belgium to return to MLS. Consider yourselves lucky to have him Seattle.

Seattle still needs to sign or trade the guy in order to get any benefit from the expansion draft pick. They have a somewhat suspect back line--I would think Parke would jump right into a starter's spot at CB if he is willing to sign on there.
I'm sure there are other teams that would also consider a move for his services.
Don't get me wrong - love the blog and don't want you to change a thing. But any thought of a NSFR (not safe for work) tag by certain links? The mons link required me to do a quick back-arrow. Or am I going to just have to start enjoying my TOR at home? Thanks.

great news for Seattle. I am surprised that he didnt stay in Europe.
