That's a photo from this past Sunday of me and my fellow ESCer Jamison aka DJ Prestige and his buddy DJ Values, who's the keyboardist/second guitarist in the Bouncing Souls. You might think that's random that he's there in an ESC scarf but hey, DC's got Rancid in their court so we have to keep pace in the punk rock supporters arms race.
Anyway this post is about the other DJ, Jamison. In addition to being a card carrying member of ESC he's also a well known funk/soul/hip hop DJ and curates the Flea Market Funk blog. He just kicked me down a link to a free download of the 30th Flea Market Funk mix, Summer Sweep '08, which is so tasty that Guru (from Gangstarr) himself came through with shout outs and drops in the mix.

I downloaded it, I listened to it, I'm burning it to a CD and plan on driving around for no reason tomorrow just to have the windows down, the way it should be. Good look.
