Talk about baptism by fire. The word out of Murray Park --and the mouth of Walter Smith himself-- is that Maurice Edu is expected to make his Rangers debut in this weekend's Old Firm match vs. Celtic. Suddenly, that oft-discussed Toronto atmosphere seems like child's play.

Those look like tigers, not lions. ;>
And what exactly is the dude in the pith helmet doing?
As a member of the American Zooilogical Society I can confirm that those are lion cubs. They are born with spots, tigers are striped.
That's awesome to go to Europe and your first match is in a legendary derby. Good luck, make us proud!
Words cannot begin to describe the cauldron he's about to walk into.
TFC is a bunch of Canadians trying to do their best EPL fan impression. The Old Firm is a whole 'nother beast. Sixty Thousand people that will, for a couple hours, absolutely hate you.
As an American and a Celtic fan, I just hope he survives. Injured, embarrassed, downtrodden -- these are acceptable consequences for Mo and DMB.
And yet the other 8 grounds in the SPL will all be quieter than the Dick
Indeed. When Rangers play away (like this weekend), Parkhead usually outdraws every other home ground in the SPL combined.
Sad, but it isn't like Celtic or Rangers can do anything about it. Unless the English league finally gives in and lets the Old Firm join up.
Do you will these pictures into existence? I just can't believe they're floating around. Amazing.
The lions den...
Do shamrocks bite? :)
What a hell of a place to get your kicks on in Europe to start. Can't wait to see how this turns out.
