How nice is this? Brian McBride back in training with the 1st team at Fulham for the first time since dislocating his kneecap while scoring the opening goal in a home match against Middlesbrough FC on August 18, 2007. I damn near cried when they carried him off (because I'm so sensitive and whatnot).
He's still got a bit of recovery to do but the Cottagers are inching closer to their 1st choice striker returning; unfortunately they are also inching closer into the relegation zone. Hopefully the boys from SW6 (my old patch) can tread water until Macca returns and refrain from making 2008 his EPL farewell tour.
